At the completion of this course students will realize why voluntary benefits plays an important role in employee benefits, how to pick the right insurance products to meet the needs of both employers and employees, what to look for in quality carriers that offer voluntary benefits, and be able to develop a successful strategy to meet the voluntary needs of their clients.
