*Contest Rules: A minimum of 2,000 points is required to qualify for cash or prize awards. Only approved new business within the contest period will count towards contest. Business must be new to Cornerstone. Cornerstone reserves the right to determine whether or not business is new for the purposes of this contest. Prizes are awarded at the agent or agency level, based on the contract status with Cornerstone. All cases must be approved with effective dates of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, and must remain in force at the end of the contest period. Qualifiers must exhibit positive net revenue growth results over previous qualifying period/calendar year. All cases must be approved in writing by January 31, 2025, to qualify. Cash and prizes awarded prior to March 31, 2025. Point credit applies only to commissionable cases and products with override compensation. Cornerstone reserves the right to revise the contest rules or to terminate the contest at any time without notice or compensation. Cornerstone will make all decisions regarding the contest qualifications and all Cornerstone decisions are final. The value of an awarded prize(s) will be reported on Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Under applicable state law, agents may be required to disclose to the insured or applicant the programs under which they are eligible for compensation, including base commissions, bonuses, incentives, or other forms of remuneration for which the agent is eligible for the sale or renewal of insured products.
